Here are 5 natural ways to boost your sex drive, enhance your masculinity, and achieve this empowering, motivating mindset in your everyday life…
#1: Lift Weights
Studies show that working out and lifting weights leads to the release of growth hormone and testosterone (1). This is primarily how strength training leads to heightened rates of muscle protein synthesis and muscle growth.
There’s also something extremely satisfying – on a basic primal level – about pushing your body to the limits and lifting heavy ass weights. It makes you feel like a beast in the jungle who’s beating his chest and roaring at the top of his lungs.
Now, this is not the only reason to lift weights. In fact, there are countless other reasons men should work out and train. But it certainly will help you bring that focused, masculine energy into your day to day life.

#2: Meditate Daily
One of the biggest killers of sex drive and motivation in men is high levels of stress.

I won’t be citing any studies here, but from my experience testing yourself in hand-to-hand combat gives you an insane confidence boost that will leak into every other area of your life.
If you can get past the fight-or-flight response and condition yourself to stay focused and present while sparring, the stressors and challenges you face outside the ring will simply fail to shake you up. This means that you’ll be able to remain in a peak state of focused confidence for a far higher percentage of your life.
Just like with lifting weights, there’s also something primal and satisfying about fighting. By exposing yourself to this, and allowing yourself to indulge in this ‘pleasure’ on a frequent basis, you further incorporate this raw energy and passion into your character.

#5. Abstain from Porn
